NEGATIVE 1 STAR REVIEW! Serviced my car 2 different times for the same issue. Problem was never fixed. Car was never cleaned. Settings were not adjusted as requested. Terrib Serviced my car 2 different times for the same issue. Problem was never fixed. Car was never cleaned. Settings were not adjusted as requested. Terrible service. Had to go to another location (grapevine) was told I would be charged yet again for the same service that the Dallas dealership never fixed. Overall would cost around $1K for a wheel alignment/ tire rotation/ wheel balance being charged 2x for this service. Unacceptable and extremely disappointed in these dealership and BMW overall. More
