I was at the dealership on 30th december which was very busy and the staff though was a little slow initially but then were very helpful throughout and were there even after closing to deliver the car. The sales person Aldo Ordaz promised rubber mats as a part of the sale for my X7 M50i. When reviewing paperwork with the finance manager, (Amanda Malchi), I shared with her that I had an outstanding ite part of the sale for my X7 M50i. When reviewing paperwork with the finance manager, (Amanda Malchi), I shared with her that I had an outstanding item that needs to go on the "We Owe" document. She quickly was dishonest and said that document was only for outstanding finance items. I brought this to Aldo's attention on 12/21/23, and he promised to send this document to me the following day with the updated promise of the rubber mats. I have not seen the document nor have I heard from Aldo, and I still do not have the promised mats. Todays date is 1/12/24. I unfortunately cannot recommend this dealership. More
