The sales person Aldo Ordaz promised rubber mats as a part of the sale for my X7 M50i. When reviewing paperwork with the finance manager, (Amanda Malchi), I shared with her that I had an outstanding ite part of the sale for my X7 M50i. When reviewing paperwork with the finance manager, (Amanda Malchi), I shared with her that I had an outstanding item that needs to go on the "We Owe" document. She quickly was dishonest and said that document was only for outstanding finance items. I brought this to Aldo's attention on 12/21/23, and he promised to send this document to me the following day with the updated promise of the rubber mats. I have not seen the document nor have I heard from Aldo, and I still do not have the promised mats. Todays date is 1/12/24. I unfortunately cannot recommend this dealership. More
Yesterday was my first service on my 2023 mini countryman. So far this car has passed all of my expectations. Upon arrival to mini of Dallas I was greeted by Parker Adams where my car was then bro countryman. So far this car has passed all of my expectations. Upon arrival to mini of Dallas I was greeted by Parker Adams where my car was then brought to the back. I expected to have a much longer wait, however to my surprise it wasn’t that bad. The waiting room was pretty comfortable as well. Thanks to Parker, I now know not to reset my own maintenance light as this could potentially cost the customer a great deal of money. I won’t be an advocate for google, however if you ever want to know how to do something just ask!! For now great job once again Mini of Dallas and Parker!!! More
