PURCHASED A 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE/TRACKHAWK,TALKING WITH SALESMAN HE TOLD ME THE ONLY THING HE ABOUT THE BODY WAS SCRATCHES ON THE BRA GUARD. WHEN I GOT MY JEEP SHIPPED TO ME I NOTICED DAMAGE TO THE RI WITH SALESMAN HE TOLD ME THE ONLY THING HE ABOUT THE BODY WAS SCRATCHES ON THE BRA GUARD. WHEN I GOT MY JEEP SHIPPED TO ME I NOTICED DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT FRONT FENDER WHERE THE MOLDING IS COMING OFF AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE THEY TRIED TO GLUE IT BACK ON.THEN WE NOTICED THE DOOR LATCH ON THE RIGHT REAR DOOR INSIDE WAS BROKEN. THIS IS ALARMING AS MY GRANDSON WAS SITTING BACK THERE AND COULD NOT GET . IMAGINE IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN EMERGENCY! SO THEN I GOT INSIDE THE DRIVERS SEAT AND NOTICED THE DASH PAD WAS PEELING BACK AND ALL WRINKLED. SO ON MONDAY I CONTACTED THE DEALER AND SALESMAN AND TOLD HIM ABOUT ALL THESE ISSUES, HIS FIRST RESPONSE WAS WELL THE JEEP IS 8 YEARS OLD. I FEEL THAT IF THIS JEEP HAD GONE THROUGH A PRE-SALE INSPECTION THESE ISSUES HOPEFULLY WOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED.I FEEL THAT IF I WOULD HAVE GONE INSIDE THE TO BY THIS JEEP IN PERSON INSTEAD OF ON LINE THEY WOULD HAVE FIXED THESE PROBLEMS TO GET ME TO BY THE JEEP . MUCH MORE TO SAY .BUT RIGHT NOW I AM JUST SO UPSET ABOUT THIS WHOLE MESS , I WAS EXCITED ABOUT MY TRACKHAWK, BUT AFTER GOING THRU ALL THIS I DON'T EVEN THINK I WANT IT ANYMORE ,AND WE ARE NOT EVEN FINISHED. THE ONLY BRIGHT SPOT IN THIS WHOLE MESS IS THE FINANCE MANAGER SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT MY PROBLEM. More
