Recently purchased a car, salesman David Boice. He had the car inside a garage area, he said to keep it dry didn't want the rain to get on it before we got to see it. It was not very bright in, took it for a test drive then got back. Salesman quickly came back to us noticed that the front tow hook cover was missing, salesman quickly addressed that it was ordered and on the way, then he moved on to show us engine and some other things. Should've raised a flag about why it was missing, but he moved us on quickly. Ended up buying the car. It rained in the drive home, I live 2.5 hrs away. When it stopped and I cleaned the car up noticed that 3 of rims had damage to them, 1 tow hook is missing, and the key for lug nuts is missing. Salesman contacted me a few days later about some paperwork he needed so I asked about the missing stuff and rim damage, all of a sudden it wasn't him helping anymore. Claimed to be another person in the office and that the guy who sold me the car was off and he would call me the next day. Nothing the next day, Claimed he was off again, so I tried the next day and he was off again then they just completely stopped responding. Very disappointed with this dealership and how they do business. Still can't get a response from them. More
