Upon arrival, I was informed that the system was down and my vehicle could not be serviced. This was a significant inconvenience, especially given the advance notice provided. 2. **Misinformation about Loaner Vehicles:** - I was also informed that no loaner vehicles were available, which was clearly untrue as I observed a line of loaner vehicles parked outside. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer service. 3. **Previous Service Issues:** - A few months ago, I experienced similar poor service when the dealership claimed they did not have the necessary parts for my vehicle. I was assured I would receive a call once the parts arrived. Despite following up multiple times, it has been six months without any communication or resolution. 4. **Customer Service:** - Francisco Torres could have done a better job in assisting me but didn't seem to be understanding and helpful.
