Everything about our experience was wonderful! Hailey was super sweet, very easy to work with and we really felt like she was "on our side" which was refreshing because most car sales people tend to make cus super sweet, very easy to work with and we really felt like she was "on our side" which was refreshing because most car sales people tend to make customers feel the exact opposite! Mohamed in finance was also super nice and helped us get through the process quickly and worked with our home credit union to get our deal done and even though they didn't have to work with them, they did it without making us feel like it was a hassle. The service department even had a new battery delivered and installed which they didn't have to do and we truly appreciated that extra mile. I would highly recommend BMW of Dallas and I plan on telling friends and family to definitely check out what they have! Their awesome team and the awesome vehicle we came home with were worth the 3 hour drive for sure! All around a great experience and a great group of folks to deal with! More

Chris Jurgens did a superb job from start to finish. He was resourceful, knowledgeable and gave me realistic view of what to expect. Specifically, every time I sat down to write him an email, I found an email from him telling me what the status of car arrival would be. When the car arrived he took his time to make sure I got all the documentation completed and patiently waited while I obtained new car insurance information. Could not have been better. Recommend him highly without reservation. He is a keeper for sure. More
