I experienced an incredibly awful experience with this dealership. The sales associate I worked with was disrespectful and pushy. He also made racially insensitive comments when he was surprised that I ha dealership. The sales associate I worked with was disrespectful and pushy. I purchased the car with the understanding that AutoNation had a money back guarantee if the car did not work for myself, which it did not (I had issues being able to fit it in the garage, regardless of really loving the car). When it came down to it, in the fine print this was not a posibility for the car, which was very disappointing. The dealership was willing to work with me, and I asked to have them switch me into a car of equal value. They had me drive another car, held me for 3.5 hours and then they wanted $10K MORE for the other car. It made me feel very disgruntled. Finally, I received a follow up email from the dealership asking for my experience from the manager. I expressed all of this and he wrote back (without even speaking to myself) that no one would ever be racist at their dealership and that claim is outlandish - how would he have ever known without speaking with myself!!!! We tried to reach out to AutoNation as well and they said they would follow up with the manager, also not helpful since he is the one we could not get through to. We hope no one gives this dealership their business in the future and hope that someone might see this and finally speak with us on the phone - all we’ve been asking for. More
Everyone I have dealt with at this dealership has been professional and courteous. As soon as I drive in the garage for service someone is immediately there to greet me.
