Took my car in to be serviced for routine oil change. After scheduling prior for the oil change, they informed me I could wait. Once I arrived, he told me (service manager) it would be a while. Asked if I would like to go shopping instead of waiting. I thought that would be better. I thought I would be getting a loan car. Figured wrong! He asked I go wait out front. Next thing I knew, a receive a text message on my phone from a Lyft driver and he immediately pulls up! I was shocked! He drove me to a nearby mall where I waited for a call from the dealership. After a while, I phoned a nearby relative, had them pick me up. The service manager contacted me approximately 4 hours later to tell me I had a tear in a tire and he was trying to locate a tire. I was a little puzzled due to the fact that I had no warnings on my tire sensors driving in or at any time prior. At this time, I was already looking at 5:00 pm. I told him I would have to pick up the car the next day. My husband contacted him and we were to pick up the car. He told my husband that both tires were replaced and he suggested an alignment as well. Ok so now we have another tire that needed a replacement? And of course he did notice we had the tire protection plan as well. Again; I had no warning whatsoever indicating that something was wrong with any of my tires. When we arrived to pick up my car, we were charged for the deductible on 2 tires plus an alignment. Whenever we have picked up a car from the dealership it has always been cleaned. Not the case at BMW. Needless to say, we are very unsatisfied and we will not be recommending you. More

A few days ago, the dreaded "check engine" appeared in my car! The owner's manual is very ambiguous other than instructing the owner to "go to your dealership immediately!" Once at the dealership, I am told a diagnostic machine would indicate the problem. Later I received a call that only a BMW scientist in Munich could understand! Relying strictly in the integrity of BMW Dallas, I reluctantly gave the green light for the repairs and received a bill for $1,500. The dealership needs to be more transparent and provide the owner with a repair recommendation that is easily understood. More
