Brought in my X3 with a dead battery and they were able to have the mechanic do an inspection and replace the battery within a couple hours. Good service by Victor to have the mechanic do an inspection and replace the battery within a couple hours. Good service by Victor More
Sadly, that may be a generous two star rating. We moved to Dallas almost four years ago and have watched a steady decline of customer service at BMW of Dallas. We used them to service our two BMWs and I bo to Dallas almost four years ago and have watched a steady decline of customer service at BMW of Dallas. We used them to service our two BMWs and I bought one last fall from BMW of Dallas but each visit makes the dealership feel more and more like a very basic car dealership and far less like a premium version. Their automated phone lines are not at all efficient (too tied up with other dealerships in their network), their front-line customer service team is rarely helpful with anything other than extremely basic questions/needs, their sales team feels more like a typical "used car lot" stereotype, and their service department thinks they are doing you a favor by fixing something that never should have gone wrong in the first place. I have had issues with individuals at all levels (and their turnover seems to be enormous so I have worked with more people than I would have liked) and have now moved my BMW business to a dealership that is 20 minutes further away (and so far love the change even when considering the additional commute). I am really disappointed in what AutoNation seems to have allowed a flagship dealership to become...a run of the mill car sales building. More
