Gary was very friendly and patient with answering all the questions. Best thing about the dealership is they're willing to work with you on the trade in and the car finance options unlike a lot of other deal questions. I have had some ups and downs with this dealership-The service this time was not satisfactory. I had one day off during the week to get many things done. One was to take my car in for service. I requested a loaner and was guaranteed that my service advisor would call me if one was not available on this day. She did not. They only thing she could offer upon my arrival is to re-schedule. When you take time out to schedule an appointment and drive to the location, re-scheduling is often not satisfactory. I decided to service at this dealership because it is closer to my house. However now, I will use Sewell for future business. More
