I got a use truck And they told me that they fix one of the lights on the dash board panel and they never fix the tire sensor light they just reset it. Also I got a pre-approved letter from my bank and the the lights on the dash board panel and they never fix the tire sensor light they just reset it. I initially had a great experience and all was great! I went to get two minor things done at the dealership and my car was forgotten about twice at the service center. On top of that I was promised a few I went to get two minor things done at the dealership and my car was forgotten about twice at the service center. On top of that I was promised a few things and when I requested them I had a rude parts employee who didn’t care to help. I also requested the manager to give me a call back based on the service I had recieved and I never heard back after two calls with voicemail. I will never buy a car here again and will be taking my business back to Mercedes’. I had just bought a new 2022 5 series and will never do business with bmw dallas again. Service was terrible. More
