I was in a different state so he did an excellent job of getting me information, pictures and representing the condition of the the used vehicle. Customer service needs improvement. I waited for assistance in picking up my vehicle for too long while nobody offered any assistance. I had to stop somebody and ask for help after 10 m I waited for assistance in picking up my vehicle for too long while nobody offered any assistance.
