I received an email communication, but upon my arrival, I informed the staff that I needed to leave and would be leaving the vehicle. I was directed to the waiting area, and after waiting for more than 10 mi informed the staff that I needed to leave and would be leaving the vehicle. I was directed to the waiting area, and after waiting for more than 10 minutes, I let them know I was leaving and asked to be contacted by phone.
