Bought a brand new 2020 m550i. Sales representative was great to work with. From that point on all down hill. Still have no idea how to use my brand new car. No one has reached out. My wife bought a genesi great to work with. From that point on all down hill. Still have no idea how to use my brand new car. No one has reached out. My wife bought a genesis g70 and had much better service. The day after I signed the paperwork I was asked for more money or increase payments because of a rebate that was put on.
