Emergency service I can't thank the Service Department and my Service Advisor enough for their ability service my vehicle and have it ready in a short time. I have yet to have a less than great service at my BMW of Co I think if BMW take the time to wash your car, it should be wiped dry. It looks terrible when not dried. Great service! I was taken care in a very professional and promptly manner. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. Happy customer Sharon is great! I came in for the rubber near windshield wipers cracking. I have to repair that and was hoping it was covered under warranty but it Sharon is great! I was over due for a flush which should have been done around 30,000 miles per the mechanic. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and would like to know what takes place in your shop before these cars are put on the lot for sale?. the flush should have been done before I bought this vehicle...which I purchased at 36,900 miles I think. Why was the flush not taken care of before I bought this car?. Now I need new rear tires and I have put 9,000 miles on this car since my purchase date. Wow...I'm just saying!the warranty did cover the fuel injection....thanks for that! Steve, Sharon and the technician were all great...keep all of them and give them a raise please. They work hard to please us bmw lovers! More
