Carrie is FAB! Whenever I need service completed on my BMW, Carrie is the friendly helpful person who gets me set up! She is kind and her bubbly personality even softens the blow of additional expenses when she has bad news to give me about repairs that are needed (bubble in a tire, new brake pads, etc.) She is always careful to secure a loaner car for me to use while my car is being serviced.
