Listening & Responding Although I had a loaner car while mine was being worked on, I told my service advisor I had a flight that afternoon and I needed his help to get finis Although I had a loaner car while mine was being worked on, I told my service advisor I had a flight that afternoon and I needed his help to get finished as soon as possible.
