They brought my "rental" care to me (warmed up), then when I picked my car back up he went and got it and brought it to me. They had to keep my car overnight because of the back log. After I got home I noticed I had a charge for the car. I do not remember being charged in the past. I have always had exceptional service with the customer service representatives in the service department. More
