Aftermarket service I don’t know that I could recommend this dealership. David Bass and Carrie Ellis are great and the only two service managers I’d use for service, but I don’t know that I could recommend this dealership. David Bass and Carrie Ellis are great and the only two service managers I’d use for service, but while sitting in David’s office I heard one of the big bosses chewing out a receptionist totally unprofessional should have had her come to his office, it was a situation about a valet for a ten year old car that was in for service. He was pissed that she had set the customer up for this and I’m thinking if it’s available why not, but I realized when you’re only about making money you could care less about assisting a customer that may buy another car from you due to how well you treat them. The workers are great here but the higher ups know we’re at the end of the highway and will have to be inconvenienced to go to the next closest dealer so they truly treat people very nonchalant and show that they could care less about anything but you buying another car. Please discuss this attitude with you entire staff it may help you all see that 50th car in a month versus 48 or 49. I’m just saying word of mouth is powerful. David or Carrie could easily be service managers. More

The client adviser had excellent follow up and actually found me a corporate CPO BMW from their auction in Atlanta. He found me a 2018 540i with 10k miles that was loaded!! It was exactly the car that I was looking for and at an incredible price. They gave me a fair price for my trade (sight unseen), and a very good price on the BMW. I completed my finance app online, and was immediately notified that BMW gave me the promotional rate. The poor guy who I was talking to received non-stop texts from me asking questions about the car and its features, etc... He took it all in stride and always replied right back to me. I did not have the best experience with the local BMW dealership, and it was actually hard to try to give them my business. I was willing to drive to Columbus to handle everything, but I didn't have to! They sent a driver with the car and he picked up my trade and took it back to Columbus.
