Once we selected our car we went though the finance department and the tutorial on the car. Everyone was very helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend them again for sure. Dishonest I bought a two year old Mercedes from this dealership and proceeded to have the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I was told by the I bought a two year old Mercedes from this dealership and proceeded to have the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I was told by the salesman that it had been completely serviced and in perfect condition. During the purchasing process the dealership agreed to deliver the car as I lived out of town, about four hours away. I received a call the day they were delivering the vehicle from the driver that he was about one and a half hours away that the brake lights had come on and he would take it back to Columbus or bring it on and they would pay the local Mercedes dealership to repair. Told him to bring it on. Turns out it needed new brake shoes which I ended up having to pay for and then was reimbursed by BMW of Columbus. Problem was it took them two months to send me the check. Then within a week I noticed oil spots in my garage and then the oil light came on. Took it to local Mercedes dealer and they informed me that it would cost $1,200.00 to repair. Needless to say that burden fell on me to pay. So if this is what you want in a dealer when purchasing a car this is the place to go. There very good at it. Never again for me though. Terrible , terrible, terrible experience. More

Routine maintenance visit No problem with service appointment . Got my car serviced and was provided a loaner to drive while my vehicle was serviced.
