This was my first purchase with BMW of Columbus and my very first time locating a vehicle online, negotiating everything online and having it delivered to me without seeing it in person or test driving it very first time locating a vehicle online, negotiating everything online and having it delivered to me without seeing it in person or test driving it first.......and I must say, this was an AWESOME experience. I located the vehicle online on Friday evening and sent a message to the dealership. I was contacted by Jerome McCray promptly the next morning. He answered all my questions, we worked out a deal and I decided to move forward with the purchase. He had Alex in the finance dept. contact me to work out the specifics of the vehicle financing. We had all of this done in a few hours over the phone and they delivered the vehicle to me the SAME DAY (and I'm 2.5 hours away). I have never enjoyed the whole car purchasing process....actually, I hate it......but this was the most pleasant, enjoyable, easiest and simple vehicle purchase I have ever made...and I'm 56 years old and I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. These two gentlemen were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful and exemplify what the car buying experience should be. This is an absolute FIRST for me on many levels and I am completely happy with the entire process and my new vehicle. From my experience, I highly recommend this dealership and suggest to you if you are in the market for a new or used auto, contact these gentlemen....You won't be disappointed. More
