Two-star because the car was in and out within 4hrs. However, I took my car to the dealership for them to fix my BMW x1. The car had a puddle of water inside the back floor of the passenger side behind However, I took my car to the dealership for them to fix my BMW x1. The car had a puddle of water inside the back floor of the passenger side behind the driver side. When the car was fixed in December, they ordered the part and installed whatever the problem was. Behold it rained and my car was full of water again. I called Logan and he was nice and told me to bring the car on the 14 of February and reserved a loaner car for me. I took the car in and they did a diagnosis for me to work on other things but I refused. Within 1hr, I was told that the car is ready that they are washing the car. I got there, picked up my car and the puddle was still there on the back passenger's side. Logan told me to take it to a car wash to see if they can suck the water out. That's not my problem now. My complaint is my sunroof now is not opening or closing. My multimedia dashboard has one big black dot inside the screen. My car is now leaking oil on the floor. So they need to tell me what they did to my car? More
