At a minimum, your people were lifesavers, or at the very least, major-hassle savers for us. We had been told by telephone that the dealership would reopen on Saturday but that they were totally booked. We arrived just at closing time on a Friday afternoon and decided to plead our case regardless. My service writer, Logan Rodriques, came through. Not only did they check the car Friday evening to diagnose the problem, but they arranged for us to have the thermostat replaced at 8:00 the following morning and have us on our happy and heartfelt way within an hour on Saturday. Best service and best service writer we have ever had from a BMW dealership since 2006. More
