I went in with my vehicle having a rough start up . I was advised about a update to my vehicle program by Zack the service advisor. It not only resolved the start up issue but where the radio wasn’t di I was advised about a update to my vehicle program by Zack the service advisor. It not only resolved the start up issue but where the radio wasn’t displaying the songs and I had been told by two BMW genious and the customer service dept that it wouldn’t display. They were wrong and the program Zack suggested I need ed corrected both issues . I called to personally thank him and he was awesome. More
