Josh was great at helping me get my daughter a used RAV4 I called Josh at BMW about a used RAV4 that I saw online. The first thing I told Josh was that I use to sell cars for Machens and I didn't want him co I called Josh at BMW about a used RAV4 that I saw online. The first thing I told Josh was that I use to sell cars for Machens and I didn't want him constantly calling or texting me. I gave him my number he told me he would text me his name and phone number for future communications about the RAV4. I talked to Josh a few days later to see if he could drop off the vehicle to get checked out buy a second mechanic shop he said no problem and he dropped it off the next morning he was never pushy. We all got together Saturday talked about the different options and pricing and came to agreement and my daughter traded in her old RAV4 for newer model. Not all salesman are created equal that could be said for dealerships also. Everyone was real friendly and smiling and it seems like a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Josh and this dealership for future purchases More

He helped her.. pulled any she wanted and told her that he WOULD NOT sell her 1 of the 3 she liked. He is the most HONEST, trustworthy salesperson I have ever met. So, when it was time to trade MY vehicle I went to BRAD. He told me the car I really liked most (and was the most expensive) had been in a rear collision and he didn't feel comfortable selling it to me. I found another car which has been great! And when my daughter was ready to trade again he found her EXACTLY what she wanted and even arranged getting a sun roof put in at a reasonable price. To this day she LOVES that car. I WILL ONLY DEAL WITH BRAD DAVIS. I don't care how far away we live! He can also sell used cars from the Machens multiple lots... so there are a thousand plus options for used cars... and he of course sells BMW's. His Customer Service is EXECPTIONAL ..any time we need service or ANYTHING he is REALLY over-the-top helpful. ASK FOR BRAD DAVIS!!! More
