I live in Kentucky and drive to BMW of Cincinnati North because I am always treated like a person. I pass right by another BMW dealership on the way. I recently purchased my 4th BMW from BMW of Cincinnat because I am always treated like a person. I pass right by another BMW dealership on the way. I recently purchased my 4th BMW from BMW of Cincinnati North and my second brand new one. When I bought my previous BMW 5 years ago, Brad Schultz remembered me from 11 years before when I worked with a previous salesman on my first two certified used BMW's. He remembered me even from my first BMW Which I bought in 2007. I was super impressed that he took time to remember me and who I worked with all those years ago. This time around, of course I went to Brad. He was patient with me until I found one that I loved. I actually bought almost the same exact car, including color, trading in my 2019 for a 2025. Brad had everything finished for me and ready for me when I got to the dealership to limit my time at the dealership. He gave me a fair price for my trade in. I have always loathed buying cars and sitting all day at the dealership. Brad and Crystal took that out of the equation. I got there a little early. Brad made sure my new car was perfect and ready in the showroom with a big red bow on it. They treated me like family. I had a scheduled time with Crystal Harrison in Finance who was fabulous. There wasn't a mystery or smoke and mirrors. She was very transparent and honest and really helped me get what I wanted and needed at the best price. Besides some chat about kids and living in Kentucky, I was in and out very fast and on the road in my new car. My whole experience was super easy and I am in love with my 2025 530i that is fully loaded and gorgeous! Thank you Brad and Crystal and the whole team that supported me! I also experienced excellent service with the service department. I had previously scheduled my 2019 for maintenance. Clay arranged for me to have valet service and a loaner brought to me. They provided me with a video of my car. It just so happened I was already working on a deal for the new BMW. It worked out great. I arrived yesterday in the loaner vehicle, completed my transaction and said my last good byes to my old car, "Stella Blue." I had an excellent experience at BMW of north Cincinnati. It started with Kaitlin, my service advisor. She listened to my concerns regarding my car and wrote up the service order covering the required repair It started with Kaitlin, my service advisor. In November I talked to salesman Jon Ogden about a Used Genesis he had just taken in on trade. Kept telling me he had been a salesman for 40 years at dealership. I told a him I knew Mark Sweeney from the lake we live on in Indiana. Sounded like a good start.He did send a brief video on car but it had to go to detail shop first. I ask him to send me 2 pictures of dents scratches or wear on car . He said no problem. I did receive a proposal on cost of car and I said I didn’t want the paint protectant or EPAP coverage. He said he would need to check with his Manager but never followed up. I contacted Jon again and said I hadn’t received any pictures on car yet , I was in Florida dealing with hurricane issues and was planning on sending my wife back to purchase the car..supposedly the car was still in detail shop! Waiting to finish. Started to get a bad feeling about Jon n dealership so I called 10 days later and Jon said it had sold! Jon said they sell over 100 cars a month, I really didn’t care about that , he was supposed to be my salesperson. I wouldn’t recommend this salesman if you want to close the deal. Wonder what Jon would have told my wife when she went in to buy the car especially when she was going to drive it back to Indiana and fly back to Florida!! More
