In November I talked to salesman Jon Ogden about a Used Genesis he had just taken in on trade. Kept telling me he had been a salesman for 40 years at dealership. I told a him I knew Mark Sweeney from the l Genesis he had just taken in on trade. Kept telling me he had been a salesman for 40 years at dealership. I told a him I knew Mark Sweeney from the lake we live on in Indiana. Sounded like a good start.He did send a brief video on car but it had to go to detail shop first. I ask him to send me 2 pictures of dents scratches or wear on car . He said no problem. I did receive a proposal on cost of car and I said I didn’t want the paint protectant or EPAP coverage. He said he would need to check with his Manager but never followed up. I contacted Jon again and said I hadn’t received any pictures on car yet , I was in Florida dealing with hurricane issues and was planning on sending my wife back to purchase the car..supposedly the car was still in detail shop! Waiting to finish. Started to get a bad feeling about Jon n dealership so I called 10 days later and Jon said it had sold! Jon said they sell over 100 cars a month, I really didn’t care about that , he was supposed to be my salesperson. I wouldn’t recommend this salesman if you want to close the deal. Wonder what Jon would have told my wife when she went in to buy the car especially when she was going to drive it back to Indiana and fly back to Florida!! More

I can't say enough about the amazing job that Jeff Robinson, Brad Schultz, Clay Moorhead and Tim Gabbard did in getting me my 2022 CPO X5. They are very unprofessional and have very bad salesmanship here at BMW Cincinnati North. They don’t care about what you like and just hard sell the cars they need to get rid of. Here is my story: In January 2024 I went in and talked with one of their advisors Caleb Drury about my interests in ordering an M2. Told me it’s going to be a long wait and he instead tried to push me to an M440 or i4. Later he texted me and scheduled time with me to test drive an i4, and when I showed up at the scheduled time not only was he not there working that day, also no body was even aware that he scheduled a test drive with a customer. Finally another one of their sales associates Igor walked by and asked if I needed help. I told Igor about the appointment with Caleb. Igor straight up told me that Caleb has been slacking and was likely resigning soon and that’s probably the why he’s not showing up (but why would you bad mouth you own coworker in front of a customer?), and that there was no i4 for me to test drive but he could “probably” let me take a look at the i5 M60. So I told him my interests were actually more in the M2. Then he went and clicked on his computer, and told me I could put down a deposit and it will be a 12-18 month wait, or instead if I would be interested in an X2 (I mean I just told you I wanted an M2 and what made you think the X2 would be a great alternative?). I’m not sure if it was just these two individuals or this dealership overall but from my experience they were unprofessional and were not able to pay attention to or simply didn’t care about what I was looking for. A few weeks later I went to the other BMW dealership down on Steward Avenue instead and had a much much much better experience there. I was able to put down a deposit right away, spec’d everything out, and took delivery of my G87 M2 3 months later in June 2024. More
I began my search online, and was interacting with a few different Dealerships. The difference in communication and interactions with BMW of Cincinnati (Brad Schultz) and the other dealerships was night an different Dealerships. A shout out for the splendid work by the Service Department! Service Manager Tim and Technician Jeremy did a GREAT job installing a radar detector for my recently purchased BMW. Their task was made more difficult, as locating a “switched” circuit on a modern day BMW is a significant challenge. They knew it was important to me, they persevered, and I’m thrilled! This is a great service department, with Service Advisor Kaitlin keeping track of the progress! ….also, the buying experience from Sales Manager Ed and Client Advisor Igor was wonderful! (full disclosure: have purchased four new BMWs from Ed over the years – the man is a legend!) More

I met Brad when I wasn’t ready to purchase, and he was patient and answered all my questions even knowing I wasn’t buying. The whole buying experience was the BEST I have ever had! Then, when we were waiting to complete the purchase so many other associates who weren’t even involved interacted with us and were so kind. They weren’t involved in the sale, they were just good people who loved their jobs, and it showed. Going forward the benefits to having anything serviced are amazing, and I am confident I will be taken care of. My husband is already considering BMW from this dealership for his next purchase, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. I can’t imagine straying from BMW or this dealership when considering future purchases. More
