Service department at BMW of Chattanooga does not provide competent work, the service manager is never available to help with problems, when we asked to talk to him he never returns calls. My car radiat competent work, the service manager is never available to help with problems, when we asked to talk to him he never returns calls. My car radiator was replaced because BMW said it was cracked. Three days later warning light is on and we tow the vehicle to BMW. Service says the coolant holder blew not new radiator and after much discussion about their not properly checking the system when work preformed, they agree to not charge full labor to replace coolant bottle. Same day they call to advise the water pump and thermostat may be bad. They do all the service on the vehicle including oil changes. BMW was responsible to check the entire cooling system when the radiator was replaced to evaluate all parts and components in the cooling system. The new problems and defects are a direct result of the vehicle not being properly checked. The service advisor says the Service Manager is unwilling to accept any responsibility or call. Guess my only option is legal action. More
