I wanted a recent used car of a very specific type - M3 Coupe. As it turned out there were not many low mileage, recent vintage coupes, with the right options for sale in the southeast. Ed Avery at the dealership worked hard at satisfying my requirements. He provided me with many options based on what was available for sale thereby giving me the choice to choose or not. Ultimately, Ed did find a car that was right for me. I was also trading in an M3 so we had to agree on a trade-in value. That process was not as smooth as I would have liked. The dealership did work with me to smooth that out. We struck an agreement and when I went to pick up the car, my expectations were exceed as to the quality of the car and the prep work done by the dealership. I am pleased with the results and the car that I now have. More
