I own other vehicles and I always refer to the Chattanooga BMW dealership as the "one to beat" as far as customer service and overall satisfaction. This does not make me very popular with other dealers but I don't care. The goal was set and they need to "up their game". More

When the car was delivered it had damage caused by the dealer , and the sales manager said go screw ur self u bought car as is but when i looked at vehichle it had no damage, coustomer service really bad dealer , and the sales manager said go screw ur self u bought car as is but when i looked at vehichle it had no damage, coustomer service really bad never buy or recomend . The sales man was great but the sales manager is horriable i had to pay out of poket to fix transmission and the leather seat they tore before delivery and front bumper damage which total out $2600 .. For a 27000 dollar car .. Bad people to do buisness with. Sales manager didnt even have the courtesy to call me or talk to me when asked too . I cant believe they do people like that i will make sure that every website on the net have my story and the horrible experiance with that dealer ship . More
