BMW of Chattanooga went above and beyond to assist me with buying a used vehicle. When I pointed out some minor flaws with the vehicle, Johnathan made sure they were repaired by the next day. The staff that handled the paperwork was very quick and efficient. The whole paperwork process took less than an hour and I was driving off the lot with my new (to me) vehicle with a great detailed job and a full tank of gas courtesy of the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. When it comes time for me to buy my next vehicle, I know I will be going back to BMW of Chattanooga. I have recommended them to my friends and family already. More
I bought a 2011 335d last month and my car has been in BMW of Nashville's service center since that time. The rear differential was bad, and so was the mass airflow meter (my check engine light came on 2 BMW of Nashville's service center since that time. The rear differential was bad, and so was the mass airflow meter (my check engine light came on 24 hrs after I bought the car). So I'm pretty unhappy, and wonder if my "pre-owned certified" BMW was ever actually inspected. Isn't BMW legally obligated to fully inspect the vehicle, in order to advertise it as "pre-owned certified"? I'm glad I bought a warranty--and that's pretty much the only reason I didn't return the car and ask for a refund. I'm greatly disappointed as a whole and I will certainly NOT be referring any business to this location. BMW of Nashville has been EXCELLENT in resolving this issue. More

Tyde sold my 2014 BMW Z4 to me at a much lower price than what the other dealers I contacted offered to sale it for. Later when I went to pick up my new car and was prepared to give my old car (1990 Buick R what the other dealers I contacted offered to sale it for. Deal is done, car is delivered and Randy is still jus sight unseen purchase, and the experience was outstanding, from the price to customer service.
