I have been treated better at this dealership than any other dealership I have dealt with in Chattanooga, and I have used about 7 different ones in the past 30 years. It would be very nice if the correspondence could be sent to the principal buyer of the vehicle, not necessarily to the person whose name is on the title first. My wife has driven this car one time. Purchasing my car from BMW of Chattanooga was a great experience. I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, as is the case in many car dealerships. I told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. They were able to provide exactly what I wanted. I am a retired lady, and though it would have been nice, I could not afford a new BMW. However, I was treated as if I were buying their most expensive car. They went out of their way to keep in contact with me and make sure I am happy with my car. My salesman was David Goforth. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was polite and a very sweet person. He showed great concern that I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend him to anyone. All of the employees of the dealership that I had contact with were just super nice. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or this salesman to anyone. I am very impressed that you are not forgotten as soon as you drive off their lot. They have kept in touch with me continually offering their help if there is a problem. Made the trip from Florida to buy a X5 diesel. Chattanooga BMW had the lowest price in the entire SW. My local Bmw dealers were not offering good discounts. I drove in at my scheduled appointment time and asked to look at the new and preowned certified BMWs. I was considering a different vehicle due to high mileage on my current car and the need for more space for luggage when traveling. Jonathan Allers helped me without hesitance when I requested to take test drives in a couple of cars. He was very knowledgable about the cars and did not push me in any direction but instead listened to my wishes and desires in a vehicle if I chose to make a change in vehicle style. I ultimately decided a sedan would suit me better than my roadster at this stage of my life. Cooper Hopkins assisted me in choosing the appropriate extended warranty with both patience and high competence. Chasity Owen then insured the paperwork flowed flawlessly for my out state tag and title needs. The staff is certainly five star and for me, owning now my third BMW, their product is second to none.
