BMW of charlottesville is the closest BMW dealership to my home but if I have to travel 100 miles I will go elsewhere not to be overcharged. After a few visits for service and minor repairs and adjustments I realized the Service Department of this dealership to be money hungry and not forthcoming. example, to program the running lights on my 328xi is only a matter of clicking the buttons on the turn signal, they charged me $76 not to mention over $300 to untangle a seat belt and so on. BMW of Alexandria programed the lights at another time as a courtesy. More

Rick Rossano was very patient with us as we worked through the financing. Both Phil and Rick stayed very late after the dealership closed to work out the deal for us. We would DEFINITELY go to this dealer again. I am very disappointed that we do not live closer because I know that their service department must be outstanding too!
