But, because of a very positive experience one of my friends had with the Charlottesville location, I drove 70 miles to come to this specific dealership, and to work with Rick Martens in particular. Yes, the customer service is that good!! I felt like I was treated fairly, and that Rick tried to make sure that I get the best car -- and the best deal -- possible. Rick is extremely professional and personable and really was a pleasure to work with. I was greeted by several other people at the dealership, and everyone made me feel very comfortable. I came because of bag recall and to buy a left front signal I was offered other recalls fuel pump and brake inspection & other recalls the car vacumed - & the bags taken care of but unfortunatly the fuel pum I was offered other recalls fuel pump and brake inspection & other recalls the car vacumed - & the bags taken care of but unfortunatly the fuel pump & brake booster vacum supply were not available for which I have to come back and leave the car another whole day The good think to compenste the lack of parts Iwas given round trip ride and the bulb installed for free More

Great Experience Purchasing a BMW I have been looking for a specific 3-series M-Sport optioned to my liking (there were not that many out there). This dealer had the car I wanted 4.5hr I have been looking for a specific 3-series M-Sport optioned to my liking (there were not that many out there). This dealer had the car I wanted 4.5hrs away from me. Rick went above and beyond to describe the car and take additional pictures for me before I decided to take the trip. I put the deposit on the car and took a trip hoping the car was just as described. Upon my arrival, the car was exactly as described making the trip very well worth it. Rick was very honest with me and made the car buying experience great! I would definitely recommend this BMW dealership. There are not that many honest dealers out there that put their customer first. I left with a new to me car and a big smile. More
