Gary Spencer is the man who coordinated two service visits for me recently. I've had my BMWs serviced at this dealership for almost 25 years. Service advisors I’ve been dealing with them for a very long time and have seen many changes in staffing, management and policy. The customer service quality has changed a great deal, it seems hard for them to hold on to good employees. Perhaps it’s inexperience with the new people. I had brakes done yesterday and the man that helped me was rude and annoyed by my questions. A consumer has questions about brakes and rotors, that’s how it is. I had a quote in writing yet he still hiked up the price, I almost left to go elsewhere but decided to give them one more chance. I know they were short handed and I even said to the guy (he has a beard) that I understand it’s hard when someone calls in sick, but also asked that he not take it out on the customer. I spent $600, don’t you think it would be reasonable for them to top off the windshield fluid? More

They have failed to respond to our requests and return our calls. This is not the customer service you would expect from a BMW dealership. Do not buy from this dealership if you want prompt and helpful customer service after the sale. More
