Keon Tobin, service advisor is AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. This is not the my first experience with Keon. Last year on Christmas Eve approximat He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. This is not the my first experience with Keon. Last year on Christmas Eve approximately 4:00 p.m. I had a flat tire and drove the car to BMW Catonsville. He took the time to make sure I was ok and then went to work to make sure they had the correct tire for my vehicle. After inspecting all the tires on my vehicle, it turns out that I had a foreign object in another tire so I was able to get both tires replaced. That's what I call great customer service which is so rare these days. Keon is a GREAT ASSET to BMW Catonsville. I WIll NEVER HAVE MY CARE SERVICED ANY PLACEC ELSE BUT BMW CATONSVILLE. My situation had been so very disappointing. My car was there July 15,2022. There is an issue with the turbo. I was told it was bad enough to be fixed under the sulev warranty, however it stoppi My car was there July 15,2022. There is an issue with the turbo. I was told it was bad enough to be fixed under the sulev warranty, however it stopping running 2 days later and on July 20 I was told the engine needed to be replaced. After paying $225 for a diagnostic , 5 days later it another major issue. Not 5 month just 5 days later. I was told if it stopped running or failed emission then bring it back to be fixed. I have emailed and talked to several people and not one of them will answer the question " How does my car have a major engine issue 5 days after having a diagnostic?" Supposedly there is metal in the oil pan. The turbo issue most likely put a strain on engine. More
