Finally, A Dealer Service Department That Gets It For most of my car driving life, dealer service departments have been known chiefly for over-charging. I went elsewhere for parts and service. This dealer has decided to actually compete for my business. When my advisor, Jamie Brenneman, told me I needed tires, she was able to provide not only competitive pricing, but the convenience of having it done in one place by people who can reliably handle run flats with a monitoring system. The service department is unfailingly responsive and polite, and Jamie keeps me informed and on time. More
