BMW Catonsville service rocks! Appointment made. Car was taken in immediately. . Loaner provided as promised. Loaner was a bmw to match the model I’m driving. Entire staff was professional. So cool that a video was created and provided by the technician of my car and the service performed. Loved it. Ricky C was the best service advisor I’ve worked with to date.
