With the help of a friend at BMW Corporate in New Jersey, we stumbled upon Constantine at Russel BMW in Baltimore! An absolute gentleman who found a vehicle for my parents and took the time to answer all of my mother's questions about the new car! Honestly, this was one of the best auto buying experiences we've had.. I'm currently in the process of ordering a 2012 BMW and the entire staff at Russel has been a huge help! If you are considering buying a BMW in the DC Metro Area, skip the foolishness and poor customer service and head straight to Russel BMW and ask for Constantine. More
Used a coupon. Employees cashiers very rude but our sale associate was. Very nice and honest. Wait time was very long!!!!!! I purchased my new car from Russel BMW. The experience was exceptional. My sales representative, Mark Ritter, was extraordinarily responsive before, during and after the sale. Their price was very competitive and the dealership support staff was excellent. They gave me a very fair trade-in value for my old car and behaved with utmost integrity - even refunding a small overcharge caused by an out-of-state license plate transfer. I would not have known about the slight overpayment and was pleasantly surprised to get a refund check in the mail. Since no one is perfect, I'll suggest one area for improvement. The parts department seemed slightly disorganized as I tried to get a couple of accessories. My phone calls were bounced around and I had to call back a number of times before to get things sorted out. Again, this was minor. To summarize, I highly recommend Mark Ritter and Russel BMW! More

Jeff Beck from Russel BMW was one of the first one to respond and over the next two and a half weeks worked with me on the custom order. He was very helpful in answering all my queries about the car, the options and services, promptly and in full. I never had to ask him the same question twice. We negotiated on a price for my custom order of a 2012 and he gave me the best price of all the area BMW dealers. However, this last week a used 2011 135i popped up in the market and it had all the options I wanted and more. Got a good deal on it and I purchased that instead. Jeff congratulated me on my purchase. Overall, very good experience with him. I would definitely recommend him. More
I made a call to Russell BMW strictly on a whim to get information on leasing a 328I. I was put in contact with Ralph De Marzo Jr., who explained leasing versus buying very in depth. We went out to Russell that same afternoon and were greeted by a very nice young lady in the parking lot and also received a warm welcome in the reception area. Ralph greeted us immediately after we arrived and had us test driving this vehicle within minutes. After another thorough explanation of leasing vs buying, we decided on buying and were thrilled with the offer given us on our current vehicle. Our entire visit was only just over 2 hours and any question we have had since our purchase has been answered very promptly, either by phone or e-mail. We have been extremely pleased with the responsiveness of our salesman even after the delivery of the car and equally as pleased with the vehicle. I will definitely go back to Russell in the future for any BMW purchases. More

I was really impressed at the professionalism and level of communication provided by the team. I was guided through BMW's corporate website as my car was being built and was informed ahead of time about the status of the vehicle as production went along by Ashely Wilson who is always on top of things. Alex was wonderful in his assessment of my ultimate driving desires. We were able to cut the fat while still building a remarkable piece of machinery I am still learning everyday called the X6M. It's so sexy I named her Xy. I appreciate the team and all they did to deliver the automobile ahead of schedule. All this was done with me being in another State some one thousand miles plus away. You can safely bet who I will be buying my next BMW from, non other than Russel BMW. More

They were very reasonable about the price. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. On the contrary, I genuinely felt like these folks were trying to help me. I have never had that experience at a car dealership. They delivered a flawless car to me, even though it was a pre-owned. My used car was indistinguishable from a brand new one - it was that good! I know they incurred quite a bit of expense to get it in perfect shape - and they did not pass that cost on to me. Alex and Elyza went above and beyond - by a lot. I am very happy with everything. I was looking to buy a used 2010 MINI or even a new one. I had gone to the MINI dealers in Baltimore and Annapolis as well as private owners who were selling. It just so happened that Russell BMW was selling a 2010 MINI that caught my attention while looking on Craigs List. I called the dealership and was contacted by Elyza. I was able to visit Russell dealership while looking at other dealers one day. I liked the image presented by the Russell dealership when I visited it, but Elyza made both my wife and I comfortable in discussing the purchase of the MINI. She was very knowledgeable.....no hard sell tactics......tried to get us all the info we needed about the car...... We made the decision to buy it the next day on a return visit. Our visit with the finance account office went equally smooth. Most times I dread dealing with car dealers. I know because I have now three relatively new cars....each one from a different manufacturer. I think our experience with the Russell dealership was the best I have had...... More
