When I entered the dealership, no one greeted me initially, but within a couple of minutes Arnita Wilson asked if she could help me. While test driving the car I was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge of the product and competence in answering my questions. I also appreciated her low-pressured approach to selling, and ease with which she conducted the test drive. The more important aspect of the drive for me was, she did not tell me there is a predetermined route and we can only drive the car for 10 minutes before returning to the dealership. She was patient, courteous and very professional. I will definitely return to see her when I am ready for my purchase! More
