We are as pleased with our sales experience having worked with Elyza as we are with our car and how could you not love a BMW. Her follow up with us has been excellent. Everyone was at this dealership was really a pleasure to work with. Overall the quality of our experience working with Elyza and the Russel staff was on the clearly what you would want in purchasing such a nice product. One of the best car buying experiences I've had in my life. From start to finish I received the utmost service a customer should ask for, from my Sales Rep. Elyza Dolby and Manager Julius. Was interested in a 3 series having never driven one before. Mind you I had stopped by other dealerships closer to where I live but was never taken seriously enough, horrible service. Elyza on the other hand was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is patient, very understanding, enthusiastic, motivated, and professional. Out of all my experiences in purchasing a car, this was the best yet. Elyza and Julius worked out a GREAT price for the car. Negotiations took less than 30 minutes and got an absolute steal! Will definitely purchase again from Russel and will definitely work with Elyza again. Thank you guys again! Have already recommended to friends! More

Since, I couldn't get the deal I wanted, I had to go out of state, to VA, Arlington BMW to buy my 2011 BMW 335D. Now, these guys are professional and I got what I wanted, so I recommend BMW Arlington,they are THE BEST!!!!! see my review. More

I went into Russel to purchase a car and felt like I was stuck back in the 80's. I wanted to get the pricing worked out on my new 2011 BMW 335 and Julius told me the sticker price is a fair price for the car. I said other dealers are selling the car for less and would you match it. He said this is a beemer and your worth it to spend more here. At this point I should have walked out the door and never looked back. Then he told me how much he knew about BMW's, who cares about that, it was about price not you Mr. Green. Then he told me when I'm ready to purchase a car then we could talk price more, why not now. So after being at this dealership for about 2 hours, it was a total waste of time. I will never go back to discuss that final price or have family and friends go through what I had done to me. I would score this dealer a ZERO on sales and customer service. More
I do not think that the service dept. knows how to repair a car at all. My car has been in the shop for a 4th time in a year, and this time the repair costs are very high. I had a thermostat and water heate a car at all. My car has been in the shop for a 4th time in a year, and this time the repair costs are very high. I had a thermostat and water heater replace in Feb, and their computer already says that it needed replacing. The replacement did not fix the problem and it is back in the shop for additional computer diagnostic tests and they now say it is a different problem, for an additional cost. Get this!---they also forewarned me that this may not fix the problem and that I may need a camshaft replacement! "but let's take the repairs one step at a time" at an additional $1-2K each time I bring it in. This was my first BMW and my LAST! Never again. They rely on their computer diagnostic systems too much and they fail. More
I visited Russel BMW on 10/05/2010. Russel BMW sales advisor, Alan Horowitz provides us an exceptional service from greeting to delivering. He is extremely friendly to work with. We made some small detail requests, no matter how small they were. He took care of them. The day of the delivering, he personally picked me up from the airport. And even spent a lot of time with me to teach how to operate the car after delivering the car to me. Appreciated the way he treated us, just like a family. Though I am an out of state buyer, for my next bimmer, we will definitely go to him. Great Job, Alan, Way to go!! Also the Finance guy, Andrew, He is extremely professional and friendly too. Service Department foreman, Gil. is very professional and honest! He did not deny the issue that I had with the car and he did a great job fixing it. Also I would like to thanks the General Manger, Alex, He is professional and nice to work with. Hard to find these kind of people in one pot these days. Highly recommend Russel BMW!! More
I bought a used pre-owned 2007 BMW from Russel BMW last month and still impressed of how great the condition of the car is! Every thing so far works just like new. I live close to Russel BMW, and thought buying from a local dealer would be a good idea. Besides they recently moved to a new location and seem to have a lot of vehicles on the lot. I wish I had read reviews on this site before visiting this dealer. We walked into Russel BMW planning to buy our first BMW, a 535i sedan. They were friendly while offering test drive, however after the test drive when we showed interest in buying and started asking about price the salesman went in and fetched his manager. The manager was very rude, he almost felt us like we were not qualified for buying a new BMW as we asked if buying price can be lower than sticker price. May be the manager did not think we were capable of buying a 2011 535i, we are a young couple. I am not only not going to go back to any of Russel dealership but will tell all my friends not to take their business over there. More
Wow, talk about a mess of a dealership. I pulled up and was greeted by a guy who told me that until recently he was a lot man. He seem nice enough and I told him I would be purchasing a vehicle very soon a was greeted by a guy who told me that until recently he was a lot man. He took me to see them and to be totally honest I am not sure Andre new what a 3 series was. I proceeded to tell him about the vehicle and thought that I may end up selling him one. He knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle he was commissioned to sell. I then asked him for a little space and continued checking out the inventory where I was then greeted by a fellow named Julius. I told him that I was already being helped and he said that he was the manager and he could help me. He then started to tell me how great he was and how many awards he has won by being the top producer at Russell BMW. I was thinking that his competition was a porter and did not need to know that much about him. I picked out a vehicle and then got the third degree. It was not a pleasant atmosphere. I was talked down to and made to feel totally uncomfortable. I left and went to Northwest BMW in Owings Mills where I was made to feel at home and actually ran into a Client Advisor that knew a lot about the car and made me feel at home. He proceeded to earn my business and have since referred 2 people to him. In short, this site is here to let people know about this type of practices and I wish I would have known about it prior to wasting my time at Russell BMW More
