The customer service I received was "SECOND TO NONE"... Joe Rivera is the most customer oriented sales person I have ever bought a car from. It was a great pleasure working with Joe. Chris Allen in finance was also great to work with -- super nice guy and no hard sells. When I took delivery, Justin, the BMW Genius, did a thorough job of showing me every feature of the car. All told, it was a stellar car buying experience. I also appreciate the fact that Jeff took time to order accessories for me a week after the deal was done. More
