Each time I drive the car, my decision to purchase this vehicle is re-inforced. Mr. Venol Burk was my salesperson. I highly recommend Venol to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. I met Venol 2 years ago when I made my first visit to this dealership to inquire about the 7 Series. The number of test drives, questions, phone calls and follow-up visits over the last 2 years are too enormous to count. I never met someone with such great patience. Each time I spoke with Venol, he treated me as though I was his most important customer. 2 years later, I finally decided to pull the trigger. My decision to purchase from BMW of Catonsville was an easy decision. Although the price for the car was competitive my decision to purchase from this dealership was primarily based on the service and professionalism shown by Venol and BMW of Catonsville over the last 2 years. I called him a few days earlier and explained what I was looking for and he followed up with a phone c This was my 2nd time dealing with Benn Edwards. On arrival to the dealership he laid out my choices and provided ample time for me to review, ask questions, etc. I drove home with the vehicle that night, probably kept him a bit late. As a Client Advisor (Salesperson) Benn is unique because he's not pushy and as demonstrated during our 1st encounter he places the need of the customer (My Wife then) above making a sale.
