Buying a car here is always a great experience. My wife and I have purchased or leased 4 different BMW's over the years and we have always worked with James Carbonell. He is very knowledgeable about all the different models and he is very easy to work with, never any pressure and his love for the brand is apparent. Two weeks ago my wife and I went in looking for a new BMW for her, ultimately she decided to wait until the all new 3 Series hits the showroom in a few weeks. I ended up getting the BWM itch and went back to see James on my day off to see what used sedans he had in stock for me. He showed me the perfect Sedan - 2017 330i Xdrive in black - my favorite. We ended up trading in my F150 and I bought the BMW. When I went to pick it up, he had it under a black satin sheet. He told us this was something new they were trying out. My daughter and I got our video cameras going for our social media and recorded him pulling the black sheet off the car in dramatic fashion. It was a nice touch. The car was cleaned perfectly and felt like a brand new car. There was another gentleman who sat with us in the car and went over all the vehicle features. He was also very knowledgeable and did a great job, his name escapes me. I would definitely recommend BMW of Cape Cod and I will send them to see James. Thanks, Jim & Karen Cheverie More

Very knowledgeable without any pressure I went to the dealership in the summer to start looking for a new vehicle. Thought I wanted a 3 series but ended up driving a 3, 5 and X3. Since I wasn’t sure what I wanted, I decided to wait. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision then. Went back last week since I decided I wanted an X3 40i and saw online that the dealership had two 2018’s. Called Ben Whitney, who I originally met when I went to the dealership in the summer (saved his card). He was totally knowledgeable about both cars as well as my 2009 5 series. Drove the X3 and decided to buy it. Ben worked the numbers both ways to determine whether it made more sense for me to buy or lease. Picking up the SUV next week. Can’t wait!! More

Ben and Richard were both very professional and courteous. They were patient with me, even though I arrived right as they were closing up. There were some issues with my bank but Richard took care of everything so there were no hassles. The car was in like-new condition and was even delivered to me for no charge (over 100 miles away). They took care of all the paperwork (title, registration, financing) this truly was a "sign and drive" purchase. I would recommend BMW of Cape Cod to anyone looking for a new or used BMW. More

A relaxing and enjoyable experience! I normally don't buy my cars through dealerships as I had a "not so great" past experience. I took it for a test drive, Ben answered my questions, and he had my car ready to go a few days later. I never thought it would be that easy.
