James was so honest and reassuring and I realized within seconds that I made the right decision to purchase a vehicle at Cape Cod BMW. His no pressure straight forward manner was extremely reassuring In a business that is often known for high pressure in your face tactics. This is my fourth BMW that I have bought from BMW of Cape Cod. Before buying a new car, I complete my due diligence regarding pricing. I shop the internet and visit at least three dealers. With each new BMW that I buy, I return to BMW of Cape Cod. On entering the sales department, you a greeted with a friendly "hello." James Carbonell has been our salesman. He is very professional and with no high pressure to buy a car. Fortunately, we have not had to use the service department except for routine maintenance. The service department is very efficient and friendly. When I bought our recent BMW, the technician who reviewed our new purchase explained every detail of our vehicle. From an automobile dealership, BMW of Cape Cod meets all requirements. More
