Right from the day I visited the dealership for a test drive to the day my wife and I James was such a friendly and professional person to deal with. Right from the day I visited the dealership for a test drive to the day my wife and I decided to buy the car (certified 2018 BMW X3 M40i) remotely and till the day of delivery James was very helpful, prompt and responsive. He was never pushy and let us take our time to decide and gave us a good deal in the process. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! Paul came all the way from cape cod to our house - which is about 100 miles away - to deliver our car. He was very professional, took his time without rushing anything and gave us all the details about the various features of our car. He was friendly and professional! Both my ode and I are very happy with the overall experience! More

I took 4 months of looking for a new car and went to multiple dealerships and looked at 30 to 40 different cars. Which provided a lot of I erred back and forth. When I dealt with Tim and the team at BMW I felt no pressure on purchasing a car and was provide as much information and time for me to make my decision on purchasing a car. Both my girlfriend and I have purchased our cars at BMW of Cape Cod from Tim and will return on our next purchase . More

Poor customer experience Richard Harrington was condescending and rude to my husband and me. Our potential trade in vehicle was an older high end car with high mileage but in Richard Harrington was condescending and rude to my husband and me. Our potential trade in vehicle was an older high end car with high mileage but instead of gently telling us that the vehicle was worth very little, he berated our attempt to negotiate with him. He told us that we were not "a good fit" for the dealership. That is pretty haughty. We were not trying to get into a fancy country club or prestigious college -- we were just trying to buy a car! He told us that their customer service made up for a lack of a "deal". At this price point ,good customer service is a given. What cannot be tolerated is smug arrogance. Very sad, because we really loved and wanted the car. More
