I contacted the online service and got a phone call right away from Ben Whitney. He told me all about the car I was looking at online. I sent my boyfriend who lives in Hyannis over to meet Ben and check out the car. After he left he had great things to say about Ben. I knew that I could trust this dealership buying a this car without seeing it in person. They were great with getting all paperwork needed to be done over the computer and even offered to ship the car up to me in NH. More

From the moment I walked into what is, obviously, as it’s a BMW dealership, an impressive showroom filled with both rather expensive vehicles and peop From the moment I walked into what is, obviously, as it’s a BMW dealership, an impressive showroom filled with both rather expensive vehicles and people accustomed to buying and selling them, I was treated with the utmost respect and attentiveness, even as I immediately identified myself as being interested in a certified entry-level X1. From the person who greeted me to the salesman, Joe, I could not have asked for more consideration and sincerity. They gave me fair value for my trade, didn’t try to up sell me and made the entire process remarkably painless and smooth. My last couple of car-buying experiences were nowhere near as pleasant. These folks made me feel as if my feeling regarding my transaction was just as important as that of someone making a considerably larger investment. I’m a local business owner and value the sense of community we have here on the Cape, so I wanted to at least try to remain close to home, rather than go off-Cape and take my chances with dealerships that deal in greater volume with vastly larger populations. I should also add that I LOVE my X1 and look forward to driving it in the years ahead. The people here certainly have helped to sow the idea that another one may be ahead for both my wife and myself. More

This is the fourth BMW my husband and I have either purchased or leased from BMW of Cape Cod since 2015. There are not enough words to describe the people and the service that I receive at this dealership. They are outstanding in every way. They have found me the car of my dreams on two specific occasions, the latest being in the last week or two. I had a very definite car I was looking for and they found and made sure I had it within a couple of weeks. I can not thank this amazing team enough. They are so, so good to me and I appreciate each and every one of them. First and foremost, Tim Muldoon, my sales advisor and my friend. The general manager, Nick Latham is amazing as is Richard Harrington, Business Manager and Bela Rua, at the front desk, of course. I had a BMW Genius, Paul Capparella go through everything on the car with me today and he was not only knowledgeable, but kind and courteous. And I would like to also mention Kyle Daily, whom I have dealt with in the past as a BMW Genius, is now back at the dealership in sales. Lucky BMW of Cape Cod. Missed you Brandon Pavlakis! So I would like to thank everyone there for always being consistent, professional, and fun. They put the customer's best interest first, always, and the product, of course, speaks for itself. He was honest, transparent in pricing, and promptly answered all questions through my preferred communication method (email). I started at another dealer that was closer to home and this was such a better experience (nicer Client Advisor, faster delivery, lower price). I only spoke to James on the phone once and then we handled everything else virtually. He is also wonderful in person as I learned when I picked up my car. I drove from the Boston area to the Cape to buy my car and it was worth the trip. Buying a car can be a stressful experience but it was very pleasant with James. Also, no pressure to buy extra packages at closing. More
