Smartly assisted by Paul Capparella I was able to walk in yesterday and drive out today with the perfect car. Bela Rua was so helpful both with this purchase and my previous one in 2016, as well. Last, but not least, Richard Harrington was super efficient and helpful on the finance side - no gimmicks or pressure for add-ons. From my perspective, this is a very well-run dealership, based on every experience from sales to service being top-notch, to the fact that key performers like James, Bela and Richard are still there 3 years later (actually longer since the opening in 2014), to the smart teaming up of James with excellent assistance from Paul (which enables James to service more clients and be so efficient at the same time). My wife and I have been religiously buying BMWs since 2000, and previously worked exclusively with another dealer in Central Mass - since our introduction to BMW of Cape Cod in 2016 will now only deal with this very efficient, pleasant and smartly-run dealership. Never any pressure from anyone - only complete and professional support - always delivered in a kind and supportive way. Unfortunately, I don't recall the names of the service folks I've dealt with in the past, but everyone I've dealt with has been a pleasure to work with. We'll be back for our next car next year.
