Miles and Maeve helped us work through a difficult situation with diligence, thoroughness, and consistent communication. We were disappointed in BMW’s response and did not feel supported and as a resu situation with diligence, thoroughness, and consistent communication. We were disappointed in BMW’s response and did not feel supported and as a result we a questioning our brand loyalty. We contacted Tim Muldoon during the process for his help. Unfortunately he did not help and did not respond back to us when were trying to figure out our options. Ultimately our insurance company came through and covered us. More
