Very pleased with the organization, service and cleanliness of the operation. This was my first visit and I look forward to using them in the future. My only “complaint” is that I had to request cleanliness of the operation. This was my first visit and I look forward to using them in the future. My only “complaint” is that I had to request an update after 2.5 hours of sitting in the lounge. Suggest you check in with customers every 2 hours or so in case they may need to change the game plan.
