Cape cod BMW is where I bought my X3M40i. I enjoyed the purchase process, I love the vehicle, and now I can say they’ve done a very nice job in my first service experience. I could have had the oil changed purchase process, I love the vehicle, and now I can say they’ve done a very nice job in my first service experience. I could have had the oil changed in a dealership in my home town, but instead I drove two hours to Cape Cod BMW. It was worth it. More

I had a very bad experience and it not a reflection of BMW. Agent was very rude upon checking. I ask for some bulbs to be change, they totally for got about it, car had to be sent back to change bulb. Aft BMW. Agent was very rude upon checking. After Servicing my car agent told me I have a check engine light on and I need breaks done, they were just basically pushing me through the door to help the next person instead of finishing everything at one shot. They were trying to make another appointment 2 weeks out and I basically waited 3 weeks for the one I got. Finally screw was remove from my front bumper and was not replace. The overall experience was very bad. I will not return to this branch anymore. BMW is a excellent company I just felt like the service I received was not on point 2 day ago. More

I’ve been so busy at work that I had to cancel and rebook my appointment and inadvertently wrote down the wrong day -showing up a day early for my appointment!
